Boston Lodge Halt Sidings, 9 August 1935. The stock seen here has been parked behind the engine shed in long term storage. The wooden framed England tender has a badly bent rear, above bothy. This was Welsh Pony's tender during its shunt accident, crashing into Taliesin's (I) boiler unit, note no sign of tool box at the back. The weed-killer waggon is to the left, showing the unusual bespoke design; the chassis looks to be much older than the tank placed on top. In the rearmost of the two sidings can be seen the large ex-WD rail-mounted breakdown crane. The photographer is stood on the running line.
