Down train at Tan y Bwlch Station circa 1935. The photographer is sat in one of the Bowsider carriages with another (either 17 or 18) immediately behind. The other carriages are Ashbury bogies Nos 21, 22, and 23 (ex-WHR Summer), 'Porthole' Small Birmingham 4-wheelers Nos 11 & 12, Curly Roofed Van No. 3, Brown Marshalls No. 15, and a pair of mk3 quarrymen's carriages. This latter portion of the train is evidently the quarrymen's set that appears in other photographs from this period.
