Title
Coal Waggon No. 19 being prepared for loading in Leicester.
Wooden Coal waggon No. 19 (at the time No. 162) in Leicester being loaded onto Ffestiniog Railway lorry, Summer 1976.

Paul Shenton "Behind the lorry is a builders yard. Andy Savage rented a garage in the yard. A small group of us spent Tuesday evenings on the rebuild of the waggon that summer.
Visible in the road is a 2 foot gauge tramway cut in a recently resurfaced street!!"
Andy Savage "I led the restoration as I recall, and we did it in a rented garage. Paul's comments seem to support that: his memory is better than mine, it seems."
