Boston Lodge Works from Pen Cob, 15 September 1949. Block post in the foreground, ground frame on left, with signal box on right, complete with chimney for the small fireplace. The window of Boston Lodge Cottage is open implying that it was occupied at this time, almost certainly by Rev. Timothy Phillips.

The stock in the Glan y Mor road includes a pair of derelict mk3 quarrymen's carriages, the two surviving Toastrack carriages Nos 37 & 42, and Covered Goods Van No. 156 (fitted with sliding side doors).
