The passenger train comprises Ashbury summer carriage No. 27, Ashbury corridor No. 25 (single safety bars, large iron grab handles), and Pickering Brake Composite No. 9 (single window bars). Loaded 2-ton slate waggon on the wharf line on the right. Note the shadow cast by the distinctive GPO telegraph pole.
