Livingston Thompson at Stesion Fain, the exchange station for the LNWR circa 1910. The passenger train includes a 3rd class Small Birmingham 4-wheeler, Bowsider No. 17 or 18, and Curly Roofed Van No. 1 or 2. The station's office is to the right of the locomotive, whilst the lavatory is the square brick building at the other end of the platform. The original LNWR station building is prominent in the background, with the locomotive & carriage shed on the left in the distance. The then brand new Oakeley incline rises in the background.
