Earl of Merioneth (I), Mountaineer, and Blanche at Porthmadog Harbour Station preparing to depart with AGM specials, 26 April 1969. Blanche's driver is Anthony Massau, whilst Mountaineer is driven by Allan Garraway. The 1969 AGM was chosen as Mountaineer's name day. The train in the platform road is C-Set and is comprised of old company stock newly repainted in the new cherry red livery. The train in the yard (A-Set) is largely comprised of the new barn carriages, is still in the older varnished livery.
