Livingston Thompson at Porthmadog Harbour Station. Two train sets have been combined, with the front portion being the midweek quarrymen's train. Ashbury 4-wheelers and Curly Roofed Van, with main passenger formation behind. The locomotive's safety valves are lifting.

The man in the braided cap, second from left in front of the quarrymen's carriage is possibly Charles Beresford, guard. First from left is John Brown, foreman porter. Taken circa 1910.
