Boston Lodge Top Yard, 5 June 1954. Moving clockwise around the works are the Blacksmiths Extension, Blacksmiths Shop (still with all it's chimneys), Iron Foundry, Machine Shop, Erecting Shop, Long Shed, Sawmill, and Brass Foundry. Palmerston can be seen amongst the undergrowth, with slate waggons clogging the sidings.
