FR Waggons in the ex-GWR Transhipment Yard, Blaenau Ffestiniog, 8 August 1953. Covered Goods Van No. 96 with hinged end door on the left, 4-ton wooden coal waggon centre, with iron 2-ton slate No. 604 to the right fitted with disc wheels. The waggons are stood on the southern most siding in the yard. The houses in the background form the eastern side of New Market Square with the Newborough Slate Mills branch passing behind the rear of the terrace.
