Derelict rolling stock at Boston Lodge Works, 28 August 1954. The vehicles seen here are Brown Marshalls bogie carriages No. 15 (furthest away), No. 16 coupled to mk3 Quarrymen's Carriage No. 8, and Covered Goods Van No. 116 on 2-Road, along with the odd slate waggon or two. The photographer is stood on 3-Road. Note the waggon turntable which provided access to the diagonal right angle track across the yard (giving access to 1-Road and on towards the Top Yard).
