Merddin Emrys arriving at Minfffordd Station with an Up train.
The visible train includes two Small Birmingham 4-wheelers (the second being semi-open No. 1 or 2) followed by the two bogie carriages Nos 15 & 16. The hint of a light colour on the upper part of the carriages and the style of dress suggests a date pre-First World War circa 1910. Note the attractive shelter on the Down Line platform. This was also used as the Mineral Line for goods and slates entering Minffordd Yard.
