Brown Marshalls Van No. 4 at Porthmadog Harbour Station, 3 July 1932. The Bowsider carriage over on the right is No. 19. Livery possibly varnished wood or one of the very pale colours of the WHR era. Note droplights in guards end, buffer and hook coupling with release chain. Door handle and lock?? on centre panel of guard's end. Crest on lower panel of lookout and No. 4. Enamelled class plates on compartment doors.
