Palmerston derelict in Boston Lodge Top Yard, 1950. It had formerly been in use as a stationary boiler for the steam hammer inside the Blacksmiths Shop (right). The dome cover sits on top of the cab. The building in the distance with the collapsed rood is the waggon repair shop.
