The bogie carriages seen here are probably Brown Marshalls No. 16 and Bowsider No. 19, although they do not appear to be parked on 4-Road as in other photographs from this period before they were shunted to the Works for the duration of the closure. Slate waggons and buildings on South Snowdon Wharf visible in the background.
