Mending the Breakdown Van (mk2 quarrymen's conversion) at Bron Madog, late August 1954. This series of photographs captures the historic St Paul's School working party led by Mike Elvy. These were the first volunteers to commence work on restoring the derelict railway, and are seen here clearing the line of vegetation between Boston Lodge Works and Cemetery Cutting.
