Small Birmingham 4-wheeler semi-open 'porthole' carriage No. 12 at Porthmadog Harbour Station, 1935. The end of the goods shed can just be seen on the right. Ex-WHR Ashbury summer carriage No. 23 is on the left in very bright livery. The porthole also wears a form of the yellow livery applied to many FR carriages at this time, with a darker colour, probably dark red, used to stand out the beading.
